To start
Shopping on the internet can be as safe as paying for a meal at a restaurant or buying clothes from a reputable high street shop, but without the walking! You look around our shop, put items you want into your shopping basket and then pay for them - we are committed to the safety of your personal information.
We then send your order to you.
Getting around
We have put our products into separate categories to make it easier to find what you are looking for. Simply click on any of these categories on the menu on the left to view our products. Some categories have sub-categories, again to make finding what you want easier.
The shopping basket
Your shopping basket is not the same as a real one but it does the same job. When you click "Add to basket" alongside your chosen product we remember the item and then display all the items you have chosen when you are ready to pay.
Like a real shopping basket, you can take items back out again if you have changed your mind or made a mistake, or change the quantity of any particular item that you arev after.
The checkout
In the top right hand corner you will see a 'Checkout' button. When you are ready to complete your order, click on this link - and you will be taken to our Checkout page.
You will be able to see all of the items you have put into your shopping basket, and we will ask you where you want your order to be delivered to.
At any time you can come back out of our Checkout page and go back into our shopping pages, or save your shopping basket so that you can pay for it later.
You will be asked to type in your name and address, and we will also ask you where you heard about us. The is also a box to type in comments and suggestions - we always welcome ideas!
Paying for your order.
The final part of our Checkout page, after you have typed in your address, is to choose how you would like to pay for your order.
You have a choice of 4 payment methods,
• by credit or debit card through our payment provider PROTX
• by using PAYPAL
• by using the new service called PAYOFFLINE, which allows you to pay in person at numerous High Street pay points. We are automatically informed when your payment has been. Neat huh.
• by choosing 'Invoice and Payment before Delivery'. We will send you two copies of your invoice, return one of them to us at the address given with your payment.

Security
We do not share your personal information with anyone else, ever! Because we use PROTX to process our customers' online payments, we never see your credit card details. Click here to read our safety statement.
Delivery
We will email you every time the status of your order changes. When you first place an order you will receive two emails, one from our Payment Service Provider confirming your payment and one from us thanking you for your order!
You will then receive further emails from us to tell you when we are processing your order, and finally to tell you that your order has been posted.
At any stage you are welcome to call us and ask for an update on your order
Most UK deliveries arrive within 2-3 days of you placing your order.
Where items are unexpectedly out of stock we will contact you to advise of the expected delivery date.
If you need an order delivered in a hurry to meet a deadline or catch that birthday, simply give us a call just before you place your order and we will do all we can to help meet your deadline. For a few pounds more we can send your order by 24 hour Special Delivery.
